Странно . Клиника частная , услуги платные, почему админ не прозваеивает накануне и не напоминает про визит !!? Ресепшен очень близко к входной двери , мне с ребёнком было не удобно . А у ''кассы '' просто так стоять нельзя 🤔 В целом всё хорошо , специалист наш понравился!

Прием начался с опозданием на 25 минут. Об этом никто не предупредил, не извинились за задержку. Просто косо посмотрели на меня когда я подошла на ресепшн с вопросом, когда начнется прием. Не совсем понимаю, я записываюсь в частную клинику строго к определенному времени, строю свои планы дальнейшие исходя из этого, плачу несколько тысяч рублей, в итоге сижу под дверьми в неведении, а потом еще наблюдаю, как администраторы переглядываются, закатывая глаза. Подход замечательный, не советую👍🏻 А руководство клиники, прошу обучить персонал - коммуникации с пациентами.
