Был у них 29.03.24 на УЗИ брюшной полости. К моему сожалению и незнанию попал к специалисту Босовой Анастасии. Ну как к специалисту? Не заметил у неё профессионализма. Когда платишь 1600 руб. за 15 минут ожидаешь хотя бы небольшого участия от сотрудника клиники. Босова же сразу даёт понять, что вы для неё просто очередной клиент и ей ваши проблемы и причины по которой вы вообще к ней пришли совсем неинтересны. Первый раз встречаю такое отношение к клиенту в частной клинике. Вывод - к Босовой точно больше не пойду. Буду записываться к другим специалистам. Друзьям и знакомым также рекомендую её избегать. Благо сейчас всегда есть выбор.

Приходили за справкой по месту требования к дерматологу. По телефону назвали стоимость 250р, взяли 700р, ладно хоть после разбирательства пересчитали и вернули разницу. Врач даже рекомендаций не даёт, только заносит в базу на первичном приёме. Врач сказала : "Псариаз лечить сейчас не надо! " Как не надо!? Даже малейших рекомендаций не дала. Больше сюда не пойдём!

Добрый день, Никита Сергеевич. Вы не указали причину отказа. У Вас была запись на 19.05, не пришли и не предупредили. 20.05 была запись, Вы позвонили и перенесли на 23.05. 23.05 Вы подошли и хотели снова перенести запись. При этом администратор Вас предупредил, что если будет ещё раз перенос записи или не явка, то Вас принимать больше не будут.
