Отличный лагерь.Все сыну очень нравится.Но было бы здорово,чтоб смены были б хотя бы 14 дней.Очень мало 12 дней,тем более день приезда-день отъезда.

Не возвращают средства за отмененный отдых. Трубки не берут, на связь не выходят. 30 дней прошло. Обещали вернуть, но пропали. Такие посткпку наносят урон репутации.

Добрый день, Юлия! Полагаю, вы говорите про период, связанный с пандемией коронавируса. Во время самоизоляции, пока офис был закрыт по указанию Правительства, на обращения родителей отвечали по телефону директора лагеря, размещенному на сайте и в договоре, и по электронной почте лагеря. Слава богу, в итоге ситуация разрешилась благополучно, летних отдых в лагере состоится, все желающие родители перенесли свои путевки на другие даты, а те, кто не захотел или не смог воспользоваться путевкой, получили возврат денежных средств в полном объеме.
