После того как официальный ERV ушел из России и копания переименовалась в Евроинс качество оказания услуг очень упало. По факту помощи не дождешься. Несколько раз находясь за границей попадал в ситуации, когда просто не приезжал врач, или откровенно динамили с оказанием мед помощи.

Из-за этой компании не получается получить возмещение ущерба от залива по вине УК Гранель. Они сознательно затягивают процесс. Долго рассматривают обращение, потом назначают ещё одну независимую экспертизу, потом долго отвечают на итог обращенияю такое ощущение что схема выстроена с целью минимализировать возмещение или вообще от него уйти. Понимаю, что за этим стоит Гранель, они как бы соглашаются с тем что виноваты и отправляют в свою страховую компанию, а уже этот евроинс затягивает весь процесс. Так же они грубят и хомят при звонке в из сторону, в общем все признаки шарлатанства и это просто оценочное суждение

Оформляю здесь страховку для выезжающих за границу с 2015 года. Всегда приятная, прозрачная цена. Техподдержка выручает оперативно, если надо поменять даты, потому что поездки бывают стихийными. Рекомендую своим друзьям и знакомым. Со страховыми случаями пока не сталкивалась.
