Ужаснейшее место которое мне довелось посетить! Очень длительное ожидание выполнения работ,так же сотрудники не стесняясь гуглят,как решить вопрос с ремонтом авто,Я считаю это дико непрофессионально! Клиенториентированности нет и вовсе.Послелний раз я сюда приехал.

В мультибренде есть существенное отличие от монобренда, где механики работают с несколькими моделями автомобилей. Гуглить информацию у нас не запрещается, т.к. инструкции от завода изготовителя есть в доступе в интернете. Мы работаем с сотнями моделей автомобилей. При этом время выполнения нестандартный работ учитывается в нормотиве и не должно увеличивать заявленных временных рамок на ремонт. При этом речь идет именно о ремонте, а не про техническое обслуживание автомобиля, где все наши механики могут справиться с работой без доп.информации. Приехал на диагностику, в итоге пришлось оставить машину до вечера, срочно вызвали на работу. Из сервиса звонили несколько раз, уточняли, согласен ли я нате или иные работы. Конечно согласен, я доверяю евроавто, пятый год уже с ними!
