Добрый день, был в данной клинике на процедуре тейпирования, по словам врача и всех администраторов, темп должен был держать до 3 дней, хотя мне нужно было буквально на 1 тренировку,кинезиотейп отпал через 30 минут, клиника отказалась принимать заявление о возврате. Не рекомендую данное заведение

Добрый день. Мы внимательно ознакомились с вашим отзывом и вынуждены его прокомментировать, чтобы ситуация была освещена объективно и полно. Касательно процедуры тейпирования. Как только вы обратились к нам с этой проблемой, мы сразу же вернули вам стоимость услуги. При этом вы не предоставили никаких подтверждений (например, фотографий), что тейп действительно отклеился. Клиника пошла вам навстречу и вернула средства исключительно из лояльности, не требуя доказательств. Относительно возврата стоимости приема врача. Консультация была проведена в полном объеме, а оплата произведена после ее завершения по вашему согласию, поэтому необходимо написать официальное заявление с указанием причины возврата. К сожалению, вы отказались писать заявление и потребовали вернуть деньги онлайн, без визита в клинику и без предоставления письменного обращения. В оформлении возврата за прием врача без указания причины мы вынуждены отказать. Мы всегда стараемся идти навстречу нашим пациентам, но в свою очередь соблюдаем правила документооборота и фиксации всех обращений. Желаем вам здоровья и успехов в спорте!
