Отвратительная компания! 19 июля мне друзья подарили сертификат с пакетом "Проверка на прочность", который включает в себя полет на параплане на двоих, на квадрацикле или снегоходе. Ориентировочно через неделю-две я позвонила по тел. и уточнила могу ли я активировать сертификат зимой или записаться сейчас на снегоход. Меня попросили назвать индивидуальный код, после этого сказали, что запись будет открыта после того, как выпадет снег и что я СМОГУ записаться зимой. Повторно я позвонила в августе или сентябре, что бы поменять пакет. если это возможно. но мне отказали сославшись, что защитный слой на индивидуальном коде уже стёрт и снова подтвердили, что я смогу записаться по данному сертификату зимой на снегоходы. Выпал снег. Я позвонила записаться. Записи ещё нет. Сказали перезвонят. Перезвонили и сказали, что не могут активировать мой сертификат и что я должна предоставить чек. Я сказала. что это спустя 4,5 месяца невозможно (тем более, что это !подарок!). Попросили предоставить коробку, которую я выбросила в сентябре после разговора с оператором. Итог: единственное впечатление, которое я испытала - это разочарование от общения с мошенниками (как иначе назвать компанию, берущую деньги за услуги и их не оказывающую?).

Покаталась. Разочарованием было, что катание на снегоходах на 2-их - это 1 снегоход на 2-их, но покаталась хорошо.
