Выбрал Эверест не просто так, а по рекомендации. Потому обо всех плюсах и минусах знал заранее. По срокам: за три месяца нам возвели коробку, плюс еще столько же ушло на внутрянку и инженерию, еще месяц ушел на документы – к всеобщему сведению, здесь не все зависит от строитльной компании. Срок от указанного в договоре отличался, но мы ругаться не стали, тк видели, что ребята стараются. Относитесь по человечески, тогда и к вам со всей душой будут)

Планировали брать трешку в спальном районе Ярославля, в новом доме. Нас в семье пятеро, трое детей, две дочери-подростки и сын ходит в сад. Места даже в трешке получалось маловато. Ради интереса стали смотреть дома примерно в том же районе, но уже подальше от города, кому интересно это Заволжский район. Место конечно изумительное, очень красиво, дышится по другому, ну и больше всего нас пленило отсутствие тесно соседствующих многоэтажек, которые мы изначально рассматривали, дети тоже проголосовали за дом, сад и школа рядом есть, так и решились. Стройка началась не сразу, ждали разрешение на строительство, из-за этого сроки увеличились, решили мирно, мы ругаться не стали. Мы еще не переехали окончательно, но ездим в дом постоянно доделываем ремонт, 2 раза проваливался въезд на участок из-за влажности, попросили работников Эвереста, сделали просто так. В общем с учетом всех нареканий компанию рекомендую, обязательства они свои выполняют, все споры решались в нашу пользу.
