Дно... это не то слово. Произошёл страховой случай, в Сочи (хорошо что это Россия). Звоню и сообщаю о страховом случае. Спрашивают где прописаны, где фактически проживаем. Просят выслать фото паспорта и билеты. Обещают написать куда ехать. Проходит - ВНИМАНИЕ!!! 10 часов!!!! И никакого ответа. Пишу сам. Прописаны в Нижегородской области, проживаем в Москве. Полис получали в Москве. Через 10 часов ожиданий меня просят предоставить билет выезда с места регистрации. Который подтверждает что мы выехали с места прописки (это все территория России если что). Где свободно можно перемещаться на автомобиле.... и если нет подтверждения - то «ваш полюс не действует». Скинул подтверждение о поездке, что заправлялись на автомобили по месту регистрации... прошло 40 минут и снова никакой реакции... Далее «Вы получали полис в Москве, а прописаны в другом месте? Это неправильно, вы должны были получить полис там где прописаны. Полис не действует». Вы .... серьезно? В итоге в сумме порядка 50 минут разговоров по телефону, с этой конторой и Тинькофф страхованием, через кого оформлялся полюс, и ситуация ещё до конца не решена. Страшно подумать что было бы если произошла критическая ситуация, или страховой случай произошёл заграницей. Ужасно. Долго (10 часов потребовалось что бы запросить дополнительную информацию и потом отказать, непрофессионально. Не рекомендую обращаться в страховые которые работают с этой конторой.

Это дно. По туристической страховке работают с самыми дешевыми больницами и госпиталями. Поддерживают вяло. В тайланде на Самуи в их госпитале проблему с диареей и теспеоатурой 40 у реьенка не решили за 5 дней (два рпза ездили в госпиталь) - потом обратились в нормальную клинику ща свой счет, прпили другое лекарство и поправились.
