Ужасно долго собирают заказ, одну коробку ждали около часа. Кошмар, грузчики работают не в зуб ногой.

Уважаемый Александр! Мы сожалеем, что вы потеряли время и покинули магазин ЭТМ в плохом настроении. Прежде всего, мы хотели бы принести искренние извинения. Каждая такая ситуация для нас – повод для детальной проработки обстоятельств сложившейся ситуации и анализа ее причин. Для этого нам нужна более подробная информация о дате и времени совершения покупки – тогда мы сможем просмотреть камеры видеонаблюдения, опросить сотрудников и принять меры, чтобы такого больше не происходило. Часто попадаю в такую ситуацию. Выставляют счёт, указывают срок поставки 1-2 дня. Счёт оплачивается в тот же день и сразу же пишу письмо менеджеру Владимиру Романюку об оплате, на следущий день после оплаты менеджер меняет срок поставки, он может сказать что товар будет через 2 или 3 недели. В разговоре общается грубо и не соглашается с моими доводами. Больше не буду покупать в этом месте, виной этому работа менеджера.

Очень далеко находится. Фиг доберешься. А когда все таки приезжаешь, тебе говорят что твой товар на другом складе через 2 км.
