Не нашёл своего товара, хотя он относиться к их перечню товаров.

Уважаемый, Даниил! Мы очень сожалеем, что нам не удалось оправдать ваших ожиданий. Номенклатура ЭТМ – это более 1.25 млн наименований. Из них мы выбираем наиболее популярные товары, которые постоянно есть в наличии. Таких товаров – около 3000 для каждого магазина. Будем очень признательны, если вы напишите, какого именно товара вы не нашли – конкретные пожелания помогают нам совершенствовать ассортимент и лучше соответствовать ожиданиям покупателей.
