Продавцы и руководство не знают законов. Отказывают в возврате с нелепыми мотивировками, из серии - обращайтесь к менеджеру у которого покупали, или - приходите в другой день, руководства нет сейчас. Отказывались принять претензию с такими же тупыми отмазками, типа я не могу это сделать, зато могу продавать ширпотреб из гаража, на котором даже заводской маркировки нет.
