При покупке ккт и фн в подарок год обслуживания ОФД. Только забыли предупредить, что оператор уже выбран (Эвотор ОФД). Этот оператор чуть ли не единственный, кто не подключает к себе без электронной подписи, не смотря на федеральный закон. В Этиме предложили подключить без ЭП за 800 рублей (ЭП на год стоит 1000).

Здравствуйте, Ирина. Извините, что Вас не предупредили про бесплатное подключение к конкретному ОФД. Платформа ОФД - один из самых популярных операторов, именно поэтому мы предлагаем его нашим клиентам. Приходя к нам, клиенты уже имеют электронную подпись или приобретают ее для передачи отчетов в налоговую в режиме онлайн. Из Вашего разговора с менеджером Николаем я узнала, что Вы передаете и будете передавать все отчеты в ФНС лично. Для нас это нетипичная ситуация, поэтому мы не были готовы к тому, что у Вас могут возникнуть проблемы с регистрацией ОФД. Николай предложил Вам варианты решения проблемы, но Вы от них отказались. Ирина, мы всегда идем навстречу клиентам и я понимаю Ваше нежелание оплачивать дополнительные услуги. Но сейчас мы не можем предложить другой вариант решения проблемы, потому что в последний месяц перед “днем икс” работа в сервисном отделе просто кипит. Самостоятельная регистрация кассы имеет свои сложности и мне жаль, что Вы столкнулись с одной из них. Полина Ашичева, компания ЭТИМ
