Воспользовался услугами Etats Schengen для подготовки документов на визу в Германию. Негативные эмоции переполняют меня, когда я пишу отзыв. Я, как клиент, хотел сэкономить время на заполнении анкет для 5-х членов своей семьи. Поэтому и обратился в Etats Schengen. Когда я уже заплатил 7500 рублей за анкеты, мне сказали что они будут готовы только через 4 дня. до последнего дня они молчали, а вечером в последний день вдруг кинулись задавать мне уточняющие вопросы. Видимо, чтобы показать, что они работают... Почему нельзя было спросить все с самого начала? Но беда не в этом. А в том, что когда я подавал документы в визовом центре, оператор нашла 5 ошибок в каждой анкете. Пять!!! 1. Нельзя было писать Moscow Region, правильно - Moskovskaya oblast. 2. Страны посещения были указаны верно только у одного члена семьи (Германия, Испания), у остальных была только Германия. 3. У трех членов семьи была указана предыдущая фамилия (причем у одного из сыновей, что вообще необъяснимо). На самом деле ее нужно указывать только при смене (например, для супруги). 4. Неверно была рассчитана дата действия визы. Были указаны даты отъезда и возвращения, а нужно было считать 30 или 90 дней. 5. Вместо мультивизы был указан однократный въезд в страну. Хотя я несколько раз говорил, что я поеду в Германию, потом в Испанию и снова в Германию. Я покорно заплатил еще по 200р. с каждой анкеты за исправление ошибок оператором, хотя мог просто обратиться к нему за заполнением за те же 200рублей. Мои ощущения от компании Etats Schengen: поставили меня с семьей в неудобное положение, заставив провести 3 часа в визовом центре, пока оператор вылавливал ошибки и перепечатывал анкеты. И с меня еще взяли 7500 рублей. Очень не рекомендую.
