Отвратительный магазин . Заказ 30494 на посудомоечную машину от 19.12. заказали , никто не звонил из менеджеров . Сами дозвонились узнать , началось враньё , про неотвеченные вызовы , уговоры заказать другую модель. В итоге договорились о доставке через 5 дней ? 5!! Так как заказов много . Больше никто не пытался связаться . В личном кабинете статус в работе . И не отгружено. За пару дней до доставки сами звонили уточнить , сказали , что все в силе , что в личном кабинете нет статуса , так как уже все в доставке . Ждите точно ... В день доставки звоню , оказывается что у них нет ее , в наличии нет, хотя на сайте до сих пор стоит , что в наличии. И доставки не будет , мол разве вам не сказали .... Никому никогда не рекомендую обращаться в данный магазин! Отвратительное обращение . Просто враньё и мошенничество . А что было бы , если б онлайн оплатила товар , которого нет ?

Если захотите вернут то что предлагали они и Вам не понравилось, точно ничего не вернут и на запрос отказа с подписью получите такой ответ... Зачем подпись и печать руководителя? Вам не достаточно нашего закона ЗоЗПП, подписанный главой государства? это ответ отдела рекламации Если Вы нашли технику которую искали на этом сайте дешевле, скорее в наличии ее нет, но Вам с начала будут убедительно уговаривать, что это очень плохого качества техника и будут предлагать другую, "лучше" которая стоит как и во всех магазинах...а если все же закажите то что хотели, через день выясниться что либо водитель попал в аварию, либо это была последняя дефектом, поэтому не привезли...
