Эталон совкового хамства - только это удалось здесь получить. Пришла купившись на хорошие отзывы, теперь вообще сомневаюсь, что они от реальных клиентов. Маленькая душная комнатушка 5 кв.метров, в которой толкаются 3 клиента и 2 мастера. Захожу, здороваюсь, спрашиваю, можно ли с мастером по поводу платья поговорить - даже головы никто не повернул, полный игнор, причем один из мастеров, как я потом узнала - управляющая! которая даже "здрасте, подождите" клиенту сказать не в состоянии! Топчусь на пороге, думаю, сразу уходить или попробовать все-таки прорваться к тетенькам в их параллельную вселенную. Звоню администратору, которая должна была предупредить о моем приходе, и о чудо! Когда начинаю объяснять ситуацию администратору, тетеньки оживают! Указывают на табуретку в углу, "садитесь, ждите". Параллельно обсуждают меня между собой ( при мне, естессно, я тут же в углу сижу), "эта тут сидит, непонятно, чего выжидает", "истерики с порога закатывает". Я сижу молчу, ищу уже другое ателье сети, что бы записаться, ничего здесь оставлять, конечно, не стала бы, говорю "не переживайте так, я поняла, что вам на клиентов плевать, сейчас уйду", на что управляющая(!) мне "вы правильно поняли, всем на вас плевать". Занавес.

Неплохое Ателье. Даже шьют костюмы мужские на заказ. Цены средние. Отдавал рубашки на подшив- сделали все хорошо.

Шить там одежду конечно накладно, да и говорят очень долго, про качество ничего не могу сказать, но заплаты на блузы они ставят отменные и очень оригинальные. Если у Вас прохудилась блуза, везите её сюда, здесь Вам наверное помогут.
