Уважаемые, научитесь не врать людям. Дважды звонили, чтобы уточнить детали оформления визы, оба раза получили горячие уверения, что да, оформить можно, именно по нашим билетам и броням отелей, именно в ту страну, которая нам нужна. В итоге когда собрали документы и пришли к вам, нашлось тысяча причин разной степени правдоподобности, по которым получить можно только испанскую визу и только по фальш-брони (и обман консульства, конечно, ну совсем не влияет на шансы в дальнейшем получить шенген...) Ну так и говорите сразу, что вы работаете только с Испанией и не хотите усложнять себе жизнь отправкой наших подтверждений, не нужно тратить ничье время. И да, в других агентствах ваша информация о том, что Италия не выдаёт визы, не подтвердилась.
