Живу по адресу Пятницкое ш, 15 подъезд 3. В моей квартире произошла авария в разводке водоснабжения. Вода хлынула на нижние этажи. Сантехник в течение нескольких минут перекрыл подачу воды. Спасибо УК за оперативную работу! Имущество (мебель, пол) конечно пострадало, но могло быть значительно хуже.

Провалилась отмостка на гараже. Не успел сообщить администрации, как они (ЗАО «Эстейт Сервис») провели работу по восстановлению участка поврежденной отмостки (около 40 пг.м.). Молодцы, сразу видно, что УК старается для собственников.

Компания хорошая!Потекли батареи в квартире,воспользовался услугами именно этой компании,так как посоветовал товарищ,хвалил.Ребята приехали быстро,все быстро и качественно сделали.К тому же и тарифы на услуги не высокие.
