Хочу особенно выделить Екатерину. Как приятно, когда человек продал тур, а потом помогает, спрашивает все ли в порядке и тд. Находясь в отпуске, мы писали Екатерине неоднократно. На все вопросы она быстро отвечала, подсказывала, помогала. Огромное спасибо за таких отзывчивых сотрудников. Следующий отпуск- только с вами 👍🤗🌅

И так, делюсь впечатлениями))) С 19-27 декабря 2018 года летали с мамой на Пхукет, агенство нашла случайно на сайте, оставила запрос на тур, перезвонили в течении часа, уточнили все детали и на следующий день скинули подходящие варианты. В офисе всё подробно объяснили, предложили чай/кофе, всё быстро и понятно, без впаривания не нужных дополнительных услуг! В аэропорту прибытия нашли гида от т/а и поехали по гостиницам. Заселялись в Tiger Complex, тут не большие заминки... пришлось ждать до 14:00 но и ровно в 14 нас не заселили, отелем не очень довольны остались, но, есть несколько плюсов в местоположении: пляж в 10 минутах ходьбы, рядом торговый центр, ночной рынок (фрукты/морепродукты) пляж Патонг вполне чистый, последние 2 дня после прилива вода была мутная, но это не испортило наш отдых! В целом отдохнули замечательно))) спасибо всей вашей команде!)) однозначно следующий тур будем брать у вас! Спасибо большое!!!))))
