Заказывал двери в октябре 2020 года в салоне на шоссе Энтузиастов. Девочки помогли мне с выбором цвета и модели . Единственное что насторожило это сроки . Ну ооочень большие . Но я пришел по совету друзей ( а они остались в восторге от дверей) . Поэтому я решил ждать. Привезли немного раньше и установили быстро . Читал отзывы про грязь после монтажа и хочу сказать , что это неизбежно при установке дверей , к этому претензий нет. Рекомендую .

В положенное время позвонили и сказали что 5 дверей приехали+ одна с браком. Обещали переделать и позвонить через неделю. Это "через неделю" тянулось месяц, пока мы сами не поехали в салон со скандалом. О "клиентоориентированности" компании говорит тот факт что по выходным, когда по идее самый наплыв покупателей офис в Москве и в месте производства не работает. Информации о заказе просто нет, а в салоне продаж сидят "клуши" вся задача которых сводится к написанию договора и получению денег. Даже после скандала и обещания с их стороны перезвонить, тишина. Придется расторгать договор. Недопустимое поведение на всех этапах.
