Страховой случай (по КАСКО, полис серия 201 №64956) у меня произошел в ноябре 2013 г. Пришлось дважды вызывать эксперта, т.к. после первого вызова документы потерялись. Дозвониться до отдела страховых выплат - крайне сложно, т.к. просто не поднимают трубку, до бухгалтерии по оплатам - вообще не дозвониться. Документы по стаховому приняли в январе (сумма к возмещению 24 000), лишь в начале марта мне ответили, что согласование на выплату произошло и докумены по делу 1103 передали в бухгалетрию на оплату. "Платят" до сих пор. В июне попробовал заехать в офис Эстер, где после долго ожидания ко мне вышел некто Сергей Игоревич, представившись начальником отдела выплат и, попеняв на текущие сложности, сказал, что они лишь начинают выплаты и обещал лично позвонить мне на следующий рабочий день и сообщить срок оплаты по моему делу. Свое обещание данный сотруник проинорировал. Как не хотелось, но подаю в суд, и по полной.
