Пришла с отросшими корнями после тотал блонда, хотела поднять корни, вытянуть по цвету, чтобы блонд красиво отрастал, а не полосой (техника аиртач). Несколько раз это объяснила на всех этапах до и вовремя, потому что знаю, какой блонд сложный сам по себе, крашусь уже не первый год. Показала, что хочу администраторам, мастеру. По итогу вышла темной, просидев 6 часов времени, вместо 3 обещанных. Попросила смыть, пришлось ехать в отдельный день. Смывка, естественно, не сильно помогла, потому что базу (я пришла с 10кой) испортили предыдущим тонированием. Никто за все это время ниразу не извинился. Вариантов по исправлению ситуации после долгих разговоров, кроме как прийти на семинар, где меня будет красить новый человек, не знающий историю волос, который сам обучается сейчас, не предложили Или же прийти через 5 дней после первого осветления на повторное. Идея заведомо провальная, которая повлечет за собой просто испорченные волосы, которым уже и так досталось (Тотал блонд+недавнее осветление, этой историей волос все владели). Почему об этом невдомек представителям данной академии и почему я им это объясняю - остается загадкой. Я все-таки хотела бы продолжить через 2-3 месяца, как волосы отдохнут, работать с мастером, который меня сегодня смывал и сделал все возможное, чтобы то, что мне сделали в первый раз было носибельным Если академия хоть как-то бережет свою репутацию, то прошу связаться со мной. С удовольствием пообщаюсь с руководителем, Ольгой. Номер мой вы знаете) Ниже на фото 1 как я пришла 2 какой меня сделали (напомню, хотела блонд) 3 что стало после смывки

Была в учебном центре в качестве модели. Интересный опыт для тех, кто готов получить не совсем ожидаемый результат: пожелания учитывают, но вот справиться с окрашиванием в нужный оттенок не смогли, хотя и обсуждали его всем салоном (хотела коралловый, получился скорее фиолетовый). Ставлю пять, так как соотношением цена/качество все равно очень довольна.
