Я просто в восторге! В этой студии есть всё, что нужно для занятий воздушной гимнастикой! 2 прекрасных больших зала, грандиозные высокие потолки, полы с подогревом, широкие маты(мимо,которых не упадешь), множество воздушных колец и обилие ярких разноцветных полотен! Но самое главное - это внимательные и прекрасные тренера! Тем кто сомневается и считает, что никогда не сможет заниматься подобным делом - просто попробуйте! И постепенно вы будете удивлены своим результатам! Я убедилась на своем опыте, потому что когда впервые пришла на тренировки, была совершенно физически не подготовлена. Но тренер Саша Нозик подобрала индивидуальную программу, рассчитанную на мои способности, и мы медленно продвигаемся от более легких элементов к более сложным! Приходите - и вы не пожалеете!

Прекрасная студия, в которой хочется заниматься!) Есть все что нужно для растяжки и подкачки, лучшие и внимательные тренеры, с Сашей когда занимаюсь, знаю что будет результат! А атмосфера самая воздушная на свете)! Всем советую)
