Сдавала в данной клинике гистологию. Сказали по готовности анализ будет отправлен. В итоге: гистология была готова 13 числа, а получила я ее только 19 числа, и то после скандала с колл-центром. Видимо работники данной клиники не в курсе насколько морально тяжело ожидать подобные анализы и мучится думая рак у тебя или нет. Спасибо большое за лишние 6 дней нервотрепки! С тем же успехом могла и в бесплатной поликлинике со скандалом выбивать результаты анализов. Сервис на нуле. И самое интересное что никто даже не извинился за недельную задержку.
