Позвонили сегодня в данную клинику узнать по стоимости Рентгена стопы ( плоскостопие), озвучили стоимость 2000 рублей. Мы приехали по записи к 16:30 В кабинете Рентгенографии, озвучили цену 2000 за одну стопу , на что я сказала , что по телефону было озвучено за все. Врач кому то позвонил и сказал, что да 2000 это за обе стопы . Уже подойдя к стойке администратора , выставляют снова счет в 4000 рублей . От ваших услуг мы отказались и ушли. Обучите персонал достоверно предоставлять информацию клиентам, а не вводить в заблуждение и цены согласовывайте заранее А самое смешное, при оплате наличными будет действовать скидка 5%:)
