Удобное расположение, тихая улица. Доброжелательный персонал. Ну и номер замечательный, чистый, уютный. Если придётся остановлюсь ещё в этом отеле.

Недавно снова довелось побывать в Москве в командировке. Руководство фирмы выбрало отель Эрмитаж. Отличное расположение в центре города, недалеко от Курского вокзала и Красной площади. Достаточно уютно, чисто, комфортно. С утра свежие бесплатные газеты. Большой двухместный номер, по-моему, престиж, всё необходимое есть в наличии. Поразили окна и большие подоконники, видно, что качественный текстиль, чистый новый ковёр. Вышколенный персонал гостиницы готов выполнить твои требования. Но требов ать ничего не пришлось, так как в гостинице словно предвосхищают требования: хороший, вкусный завтрак, постоянная уборка номеров, но незаметная, персонал не мешает. Для командировки или деловой поездки — отлично. Цена для Москвы нормальная, можно дешевле, но я не люблю рисковать. – показать
