Здравствуйте! Прочитала отзыв Юлии, очень захотелось написать отзыв на отзыв Юлии. Очень часто делаю покупки в магазине, на Ярыгинской, работаю недалеко от магазина. И ни РАЗУ НЕБЫЛО, чтобы девочки наградили! Персонал очень приветливый, отзывчивый! Всегда посоветуют, всегда расскажут о продукте, и посоветуют что лучше для ситуации, с которой обратитесь. Юлия, я как-то заняла не меньше 10минут у продавца, а выбирала я стержень для ручки! Казалось бери любой, но мне нужно было выбрать особенный. Мы выбрали то, что мне нужно! Подарки для детей, я просто ВСЕМ советую в первую очередь идти в "Ермак"! Сколько раз покупала для внучатого племянника подарки, и всегда покупала по совету продавца!!! Ини разу не ошиблась! ОГРОМНАЯ БЛАГОДАРНОСТЬ ДЕВОЧКАМ!!! Ассортимент, обслуживание просто на самом высоком уровне!

Не знаю,где тут вежливый персонал,живём рядом,поэтому иногда по необходимости приходится заходить,и вот регулярно,за стойкой стоит не то грустный,не то злой продавец. Задаешь вопрос,а ответа иногда не получаешь,или получаешь,но складывается впечатление будто в тебя плюнули. "Есть журналы с мультика "Маша и медведь"?"-спрашиваю я. Мне говорят,не вставая с места: " ну даа,вроде,вот то,что вы видите и больше нет". По итогу посмотрела получше,нашла ещё журнал другой. Вроде ничего страшного,но неприятно. И это только один случай,точно так же мне помогли с раскрасками для детей,вместо помощи я получила совет,что ребенку двух лет можно взять любую раскраску,ему же всё равно где мазюкать.
