В сентябре 2019 года я продавал однокомнатную квартиру (прямая продажа). В этом мне помогала Ирина, работающая в Агентстве Недвижимости "ЭРА". Я бы сказал, что наше общение было каким-то внезапным – объявление провело на сайте всего 5 дней. Первый же просмотр оказался последним – за квартиру внесли залог на следующий день. На всём протяжении сделки Ирина оказывала поддержку, присутствовала на каждом этапе оформления/подачи документов и давала консультации, когда мне это требовалось (что случалось часто). Что хочу отметить из плюсов агенства в целом, и Ирины в частности. До того, как подписать договор с Агентством Недвижимости "ЭРА", я звонил во многие агенства недвижимости, разговаривал с их работниками. В этом агенстве мне понравился договор – он вменяемый и логичный. Кроме того, на встрече при подписании договора, мои пожелания по некоторым пунктам были учтены: обоснованные были внесены в договор, по поводу необоснованных было дано разъяснение, что нужно сделать по-другому. При первом же разговоре с Ириной мне импонировало желание человека работать: она ответила на все мои вопросы и сразу предложила приехать и оценить квартиру, что и было сделано в тот же день. Фотограф Динар так же великолепен – фото были информативны и объективны. Достоинства квартиры были ярко представлены. Недостатки не выделялись по сравнению с достоинствами и не были зафотошоплены до состояния гламурного журнала В общем и целом мой опыт общения с агентством я оцениваю как отличный

Агент Дамир помог подобрать квартиру. Очень много знает про новостройки Уфы. Оформили ипотеку. Агентство рекомендую! При необходимости будем обращаться только к ним.
