Волшебный рай напольных дел. Мне минут 40 рассказывали и показывали разные варианты материалов, чтобы я понял, чего же мне нужно. Посчитали с грамотным запасом - осталось всего пол пачки ламината. Доставка быстрая, но стоит прилично. А ещё там очень крутая люстра и стулья-пни.

Имею весьма НЕПРИЯТНЫЙ опыт отношений с этим магазином. Приобретал масло Rubio Monocoat 20 мл. В процессе консультации я уточнил информацию о составе масла и количество необходимых компонентов для покрытия изделия из массива. Менеджер Анна сообщила, что отвердитель поставляется и приобретается отдельно, но в момент оформления заказа, когда мне вынесли со склада только масло в виде четырех пробных баночек по 20 мл., я переспросил, в каком виде будет отвердитель, на что получил ответ, что второй к омпонент уже замешан внутри пробной упаковки. Я доверился опыту менеджера, так как не являюсь профессиональным мастером. Спустя время, когда я уже покрыл маслом изделие, я заметил, что на дереве остались следы от воды, хотя по описанию такого быть не должно. Я изучил вопрос и понял, что мне продали только масло без отвердителя. На мои претензии все в один голос отвечали, что Анна такого сказать не могла и мне ничем помочь не могут. Посоветовали подождать 25 дней, пока масло само отвердеет. А я уверен в том, что мне сказали и предложил изучить камеры, на что так и не получил вразумительного ответа. Не рекомендую! Очень жаль, что остались магазины с недобросовестными сотрудниками, которые не готовы разбираться в проблеме, признавать свои ошибки и идти на встречу своим покупателям. – показать
