Пошла на стрижку по отзывам, руки бы оторвать мастеру. Сначала была сама приветливость, но когда попросила переделать стрижку тк она была криво сделана, вот тут все за хамское нутро горе специалиста и проявилось, ну и соответственно подстригла ещё хуже . Администраторы плохие отзывы убирают. Так что хорошие руки и специалисты не соответствуют действительности. При чем что первый раз я пошла к одному мастеру, а когда поняла, что подстригла плохо, обратилась к администраторам, то они посоветовали другого мастера типа с золотыми руками, а оказалось это горе мастер

Елена, добрый день! Ситуация, которую вы описываете, была аж ВОСЕМЬ месяцев назад. Напомним, что вы обратились с претензией не сразу. Обратились ЧЕРЕЗ МЕСЯЦ, после оказания вам услуги. Хоть вы и не смогли аргументировать к чему именно у вас претензия по нашей работе мы абсолютно БЕСПЛАТНО подкорректировали вашу стрижку с учётом всех ваших пожеланий. (включая замену мастера) Теперь уже по прошествию ВОСЬМИ месяцев, вы опять чем то стали не довольны. Вспомнили о нас. С какой целью? Шантажируя негативными отзывами, как и в прошлый раз, решили получить от нас БЕСПЛАТНУЮ услугу? Это очень не красиво и не порядочно, особенно для взрослого человека.
