Персонал не вежливый половина консультантов не знают расположение товаров приходится самому искать

Отвратительное отношение персонала к покупателям. Сделал интернет заказ с выдачей в этом магазине. Пришла смс-ка "Ожидайте звонка из магазина...". В течение недели никто не позвонил. Звоню сам и спрашиваю, как мне забрать свой заказ. В ответ мне рекомендуют дождаться звонка главного бухгалтера. Звонка не дождался, заказ не получил
