Я занимался в ELC по индивидуальной программе. Необходимо было поднять уровень до хорошего разговорного за несколько месяцев, чтобы общаться с зарубежными партнёрами. Из плюсов - преподаватель готовила занятия по актуальным темам, т.е. полный"тюнинг" стандартной программы. Много времени тратили на практику. Из минусов - предупреждать об отмене и переносе занятия надо накануне. Для меня выбор курса был удачным, я своих целей достиг, сейчас совершенствуюсь в общении с иностранными коллегами

Хорошие курсы- группы маленькие, атмосфера дружественная. Для высоких уровней выбор удобного графика ограниченный, поэтому пришлось подстраиваться. В остальном -все ок.

Более безобразного отношения к клиентам я не встречал давно. Сходил летом на пробный урок в ELC на Марксистской и определили, что буду посещать курс интенсив. Тогда было как раз время акций и можно было приобрести курс со скидкой. Единственное – дождаться формирования группы. МЫ ВАМ ПОЗВОНИМ сказали мне. После этого я в течение ДВУХ месяцев я сам названивал в ELC, пытаясь выяснить, КОГДА ЖЕ УЖЕ МОЖНО дать им денег и начать учиться. Моего менеджера на месте не было НИ РАЗУ. Никто из компании не удосужился позвонить НИ РАЗУ. В июле после своего очередного звонка выяснил, что группа, комплектования которой я ждал, обучаться не будет! (ПРЕДУПРЕДИТЬ клиента об этом в ELC посчитали лишним). - Есть другая группа, но она уже занимается! - радостно сообщила мне менеджер. Пригласить меня заранее в эту группу интеллекта менеджерам видимо не хватило. В English Lingua Center БОЛЬШЕ НИ НОГОЙ.
