Отвратительное обслуживание. Совершенно не умеют работать, про работу с клиентами вообще молчу... Не ходите сюда, вообще не советую

Спасибо, что не проигнорировали, надеюсь на улучшение работы филиала, потому что есть с чем сравнить (отделение на клинической), просто небо и земля. Надеюсь, что это не формальная отписка.

Приходил сделать возврат Tax free в данное отделение. Первый раз решил это сделать в Калининграде, это же ведь удобно, думал я... В итоге, сотруднику не понравилось как оформлен один из документов, долго консультируясь со своим начальством, они отказали в возврате, я конечно повозмущался, но что теперь поделать, говорю, давайте тогда хоть по второму документу возврат сделаем, на что сотрудник спросил, мои ли подписи на документах, я сказал да, ей не понравилось, что наклоны подписей отличались и это не допустимо... Я вообще выпал... В общем мне посоветовали отправить письмом мои документы прямиком в центр Global blue... Как итог всего этого, через пару месяцев вернул деньги в Польше, в точно таком же центре за 3 минуты!!!3 минуты!!! Я сидел ждал 2 часа! Сотрудник на одного человека тратил минут по 15-20!!!! В общем ужасно! Не понятно для чего нужен данный сервис в городе. Понтов выше крыше, а по факту ноль.
