Большой выбор, хорошие цены, склад впечатляет. Единственное, никого нет на входе. Не понятно, куда и к каким менеджерам идти. Нужны указатели.

За прошедший год несколько раз совершали покупки. Могу отметить следующее. Отдел в тупике налево особого интереса к клиентам не проявляет. Один раз забирала там заказ с сайта сама. После отправила мужа купить блоки питания. Менеджер девушка (имя не известно) сказала, что ИП найти не может, Вас в базе нет, ничего не знаю. Хотя уже несколько раз на тот момент совершали покупки, но что-то пошло не так. Менеджер не предложила никакой помощи. Например, зарегистрировать нас сейчас (как поступил бы сотрудник, который действительно заинтересован в продажах, потому что все данные для регистрации были). Помог с консультацией другой специалист мужчина. Купили без скидки, потому что слабенькие нервы мужа уже были не готовы в чем-то разбираться. Не могу не заметить, что такое отношение к клиенту просто не допустимо. Во время карантина попали к консультанту Юлии (это видимо отдел розницы). Нам действительно помогли выбрать то, что было нужно. Все рассказали, показали, не торопили (хотя мы приехали под конец рабочего дня), внесли нас наконец-то в базу как ИП. Доброжелательное отношение к клиенту (даже с маленькой покупкой) и грамотный специалист. Выражаем благодарность.

В магазине заказывал два электроконвектора ЭВУБ-1,0 кВт, нашел в интернет-магазине на сайте через поисковик, забирал на Деревенской. Нормальный магазин, инструмент без брака.
