Был конкретный перетоп. С осени по весну спали с открытыми окнами и подъездом. В холодные дни открываешь подъездную дверь, а оттуда пар столбом, как из сауны. Даже в подъезде коляску было невозможно оставлять, отсыревало все и плесневело. Разбухали двери. Такой конденсат в воздухе был. АУУ нам поставили летом, сейчас ни сырости не пылающих батарей. И счета за коммуналку - тепло меньше гораздо в сумме приходят.

В подъезде сделали ремонт за счет управляющей компании и в подвале тоже ремонт сделали но уже за счет Энергосбережения. Крысиные гнезда и мусор вынесли. Все там теперь чисто и тараканы с муравьями пропали. За перетоп не платим, и пертопа сейчас нет. Комфортная температура в жилых помещениях и насекомые/грызуны исчезли.

Подвал у нас под присмотром 24 часа в сутки. Там стоит АУУ от Энергосбережения. Его обслуживают и состояние подвала поддерживают в отличном состоянии. Установили там железную дверь под замком, повесили фонарь. А до того, там был общественный туалет и мусор выкидывали ленивые жильцы. И за перетоп мы не должны теперь платить. И за лишнее тепло, что нам жить мешало и дышать нормально – тоже.

Какой перетоп, с этими АУУ батареи теперь вечно холодные, в квартире выше 18 теперь не бывает. За те же деньги. Совесть-то есть у вас?

Всему нашему дому индивидуальный счетчик учета тепла помогает платить за действительный объем потребляемого нами тепла. Платим ощутимо меньше, в квартирах не парилка а нормальная температура. Контракт на установку АУУ от Энергосбережение подписали летом.
