Регулярно пользуюсь. Если стороны сами обо всем заранее договорились, то и весь процесс проходит быстро.

Ужасно медленное обслуживание и выполнение простейших операций. Сотрудники банка только бегают туда-сюда. На одного клиента уходит более часа. Худшее место в категории.

Станислав, здравствуйте. Благодарим за обратную связь! Сотрудники офиса извиняются за скорость обслуживания. В апреле количество сотрудников снизилось в связи пандемией, а клиентов наоборот стало больше. Надеемся, что в ближайшее время ситуация наладится. Будет ждать Вас снова!

Станислав, здравствуйте. Так как Вы не предоставили пояснение по запросу, мы не можем произвести расследование инцидента. Обслуживание Клиентов происходит у нас достаточно быстро, но сказываются очереди. Однако мы приняли все необходимые меры для еще более оперативного обслуживания.

Сегодня в Энергомашбанке мне было отказано в открытии ячейки , сотрудники не владеющие правилами прибывания иностранных граждан на территории РФ , мне открыто отказали , сославшись на несуществующие законы ! Больше ни ногой , никому не посоветую и сама не вернусь .

Здравствуйте. Просьба уточнить более подробно обстоятельства данного инцидента. В ходе проведенной проверки обнаружилось, что о таком событии сотрудники офиса не знают, исходя из предоставленной Вами информации. Также просьба уточнить дату и время визита в указанный офис Банка.

Очередь,сотрудники работают медленно,бегают из кабинета в кабинета, а очередь из 3 человек уже полчаса. Неприветливые сотрудники. Не рекомендую

Очень неприветливый и хамоватый персонал в отделении на Петроградке. Вышла из банка как оплеванная. У оператора загнут бейдж с указанием должности и имени за лацкан пиджака.
