Очень медленное обслуживание, из-за нехватки сотрудников, люди, приходящие за час до закрытия ,не могут быть обслуженными. сотрудники данного банка поясняют, что не могут работать после закрытия ,а как быть тем, кто потратил своё время в пустую и ждал час и более?.Нужно предупреждать, что сотрудники не успеют обслужить всех, а не в последний момент это говорить. Начальство платите сверхурочные своим сотрудникам или научите работать быстрее!!!

Здравствуйте,Михаил! Мы работаем согласно регламенту Центрального Банка, по этой причине должны закрывать наши офисы вовремя, а также ТЦ Кольцо имеет свои правила режима работы арендаторов, а мы должны им следовать. Мы бы с огромным удвольствием работали "До последнего клиента", ведь задача нашего коллектива - это обслуживание клиентов, а главная цель - это довольный клиент. В 5 минутах ходьбы от нашего офиса в ТЦ Кольцо находится офис в ТК ГУМ, там, как правило, не бывает очередей. Надеемся, что последующие посещения нашего Банка принесут Вам только положительные впечатления. :)

Даже одной звезды недостойны. В банк приезжать только на смерть. Я, конечно, понимаю, что сегодня воскресенье, НО ВСЕГО ЛИШЬ ОДНО ОБСЛУЖИВАЮЩЕЕ ОКНО?! По три часа в очереди стоишь не только по выходным. В общем, если приходите в этот банк, отменяйте все свои планы на день. По крайней мере это относится к филиалу в ТЦ "Кольцо"!

Радует, что не берут комиссии. Одним из существенных минусов является то, что банкомат сразу не выдает указанную сумму, если она превышает 2000 (по крайней мере, я не первый раз сталкиваюсь с этим, приходиться несколько раз вводить или же брать более мелкими купюрами).
