Время работы, 9-21 каждый день! Целый день собирал и упаковывал посылки, приехали в 16 часов в субботу, оказывается филиал закрыт! Что соответствует расписанию на двери.. мне теперь ездить с полной машиной до понедельника..

Сегодня отправил посылку в пункте приёма на Тюленина 22. Взял с меня 35 рублей за оформление документов. Чек или какой либо документ подтверждающий оплату не дали. Кроме квитанции на отпраку. Сказали не дают. По телефону говорили, что оформление стоит 30 рублей,по факту 35. Говорят если не устраивает выберите другой пункт.

Нашёл в 2Gis филиал ТК ЭНЕРГИЯ ул. Тюленина, 22. В гисе ничего не сказано, что это агент энергии. Сотрудники первым делом сказали что надо будет дополнительно заплатить 32 рубля. :)))) Я сказал, что это не очень красиво для такой транспортной компании не сообщать, что по городу разбросаны агенты без вывесок - АГЕНТ! А не ТК ЭНЕРГИЯ. Сообщил сотрудникам, что напишу во флампе. На это мне сказали, что надо писать на энергию а не на них! ;))) В результате у меня просто отказались взять груз! Грустное общение... с АГЕНТОМ компании энергия.

Здравствуйте! При отправке груза были предупреждены, что изготовление обрешетки займет 2-3 дня, отправляли 22. 02. 21 . По состоянию на сегодняшний день, груз не покидал пределы города отправителя!! Мы очень недовольны, очень!!
