Самая кончиная в мире тк , даже если больше на свете не останеться транспортных компаний я лучше пешком дойду до своей посылки ! Ужасное обслуживание и отношения к клиентам

Не транспортная компания, а помойка. Уже второй раз подводят, сначала в декабре из 3 посылок пришла одна, и сейчас из двух пришла одна и её я получить не могу так как одна накладная, спасибо вам огромное за задержку товаров моих клиентов, если первый раз я подумал предновогодний ажиотаж все дела.... Перед новым годом клиенты остались без подарков своим близким, а сейчас без подарков на 23 февраля, не думаю что теперь они захотят заказывать у меня подарки для близких на 8 марта, спасибо вам тк энергия. Решать вопросы вообще не желают. Обратная связь дичь, тупо отписка по шаблону. Все сроки нарушены а им по барабану.
