Пользуюсь услугами данной ТК около 10 лет; более 400 отправлений; никаких нареканий, только положительные рекомендации. Ни единого случая потери груза; сроки доставки в большинстве случаев соблюдаются. ... Небольшой Апдейт, спустя год: Дополнить решил после того, как увидел 9 дизлайков под данным отзывом и почитал негативные отзывы других клиентов. Отправлял недавно груз в Астрахань, отправка в субботу около 12:30; в понедельник в 8:00 груз на терминале в Астрахани, и это при условии, что доставка не прямая, а через промежуточный терминал в Волгограде. 👍 А наличие такого количества негативных отзывов наводит на мысль, что их пишут хейтеры из конкурирующих ТК, у которых бомбит от доступных цен "Энергии" 😁 Да, может быть склад и офис "а-ля девяностые", но в целом качество предоставляемых услуг - на уровне, при доступных ценах. Попробуйте сунуться в ДЛ или ПЭК; да, вас там оближут с ног до головы, и при этом обдерут как липку. В ДЛ улыбнуло, что в прайс включается такая услуга, как, внимание!: "въезд на территорию" - 20 руб... Когда сообщил оператору, что я оставил машину за территорией и не въезжал, мне ответили: "ну это стандартная форма накладной, переделываться ничего не будет..." 😁
