Доставляют быстро, и в целом все логично, локанично. Грузы часто бьются, если что-то хрупкое, нет никакой аккуратности, она далеко от приоритетов компании.

Пришел испорченый груз на сумму 200 т.р. В возмещение ущерба они отказались. Доставка отвратительная, врут. Я как будущий предприниматель не буду с ними иметь дела. Обходите их стороной. Буду судится.

Отвратительная транспортная компания. Считают объём и вес груза вместе с обрешёткой.(не хотят пересчитывать) Менеджеры некомпетентны.

Ужасный сервис. Сами неправильно оформляют документы при приёмке груза, а потом заставляют ехать к ним повторно и все переоформлять, в противном случае не отдают груз и выставляют штраф за хранение. Ни каким образом не идут на встречу клиенту даже в незначительных вопросах. Не перевозчик, а сплошные убытки.

Добрый день! При отправлении груза отправителю экспедиторская расписка выдается на проверку, где отправитель подписывает и подтверждает верность указанных данных.

Наибестолковейшая логистика! Ждем груз 25-26 числа. Оплатили АВИАперевозку из Москвы 20.07! Это дороже, чем авто. Так эти умнейшие люди сначала отправят груз автомобилем в Питер, а потом уже самолетом в Новосибирск. Это называется «мультимодальная» перевозка - как сообщила оператор. И сообщают потребителю о таком умном способе доставки, ЕСЛИ ИХ СПРОСЯТ. Что мы в итоге имеем: вечером 21.07 ГРУЗ ЕЩЕ В МОСКВЕ! Как это возможно! На сайте указано было 2-3 дня! Это обман потребителя!!! Зачем тогда такую доставку оплачивать, если она по срокам как авто!? Это неадекватная контора!
