Заставляют делать обрещетку , без нее не беруь, цена обрешетки стоит процент от цены услуги, как будто доски снановятся догюроже. После согласия и переплаты, через несколько денец узнаю что груз не отправлен так как нет материала , досок.оператор зпявила что обрешнтка делается до 3 дней. Так как груз нужен был срочно мне гашел в другом городе , привезли бла бла каром за 300р. Через 6 часов.если груз небольшой отправляйте бла бла каром, быстро и дешево. Энергия Г . Работают очень плохо, еще и отдыхают в воскресенье

Вынуждены пользоваться услугами данной транспортной компании, т.к отправитель с Дальнего Востока зачастую по привычке выбирает ТК Энергию. Также есть несколько филиалов в городах, где у других транспортных нет, это единственный плюс. На данный момент нет возможности дозвонится по местному номеру и звонок уходит в колл центр, где не могут разобраться с вопросом оплаты, предлагают отправить платежку по почте, переключить на отдельный филиал отказываются и начинают откровенно хамить. Первый раз встречаю, чтобы в колл центре могли так нагло разговаривать. Местный филиал в Екатеринбурге просто игнорируют запросы по эл почте. Груз уже больше недели лежит у них на филиале. Данная транспортная застряла где то в прошлом и не желает развиваться, хотя потенциал филиалов большой. Но потребителю кроме цены нужна качественно оказанная услуга.

Судя по большому количеству негативных отзывов 🤬 мне либо повезло или компания на самом деле исправилась. На днях мне отправляли большой груз из Москвы, доставили даже раньше на пару дней и на следующий день уже привезли груз мне. Минус бал за отсутствие обратной связи и вообще, какой либо связи. С 10 утра пытался дозвониться и всё без результата, только авто информатор . В итоге в 16.00 мне позвонила оператор и я оформил доставку до дома.
