Это жесть ребята. Называется - хотела сэкономить, а получилось наоборот. У меня стоял выбор, отправить 50 кг моего груза СДЕК или же подешевле данной грузовой компанией. Ну конечно, в целях экономии, мы отправили ТК ЭНЕРГИЕЙ, ведь доставка выходила всего в 1610 рублей. По итогу, так получилось, что сами забрать груз не смогли, так как офисы данной ТК работают до 18.00. Я оформила доставку до дома за 850 рублей, назвала полный адрес, с квартирой ииии все. То есть, мне звонит курьер, спрашивает какой у меня подъезд, я называю полный путь к моей квартире, а он мне говорит: у вас доставка только до подъезда! Я сижу просто с удивлением на лице и представляю как я сейчас потащу эти 50кг сама. В итоге курьер предложил свои услуги подъема за 600 рублей, на что мне просто пришлось согласиться. Странно, что оператор мне ни слова не сказала, что доставка у этой ТК исключительно до подъезда, а до кв нет, я тогда бы доставку на другой день назначила. В общем, итог таков, что СДЕК мне вышел бы в эту же сумму 3000 рублей (+-), но доставили бы за 7 дней, вместо двух недель, офисы работают до 21.00, есть доставка до подъезда. А сейчас я чувствую себя обманутой. Операторам вообще пофиг, что у вас там и как.

Будьте бдительны! Отправили нам груз из другого города, к сожалению через эту тк, звонил несколько раз - узнать когда насчитается платное хранение, звонил просить выставить счет за доставку/хранение, про то, что у них своя форма доверенности (М2, которую во всех тк принимают, вы не принимаете, серьезно?) мы узнали, только когда 300км из другого города проехали и приехали в эту транспортную. По телефону сказали, что сотрудники должны были предупредить по телефону. Претензию сказали примут только в оригинальном виде в офисе...
