Ужасная компания , отправили груз из Кемерово, на Екатеринбург, уже больше двух недель не могут привезти, начинаешь выяснять в чем дело , ответ простой -он ни какой , просто говорят ждите..... ОЧЕНЬ НЕ РЕКОМЕНДУЮ ДАННУЮ ОРГАНИЗАЦИЮ , если не хотите проблем.

Ребята работают хорошо и быстро, только напрягает постоянно стоящая фура и проход меньше метра на склад удручает, особенно, если посылки имеют вес)

когда мой груз покинет уже склад в домодедово и прибудет в Воронеж? Уже 4 дня там!!!!!Вот номер накладной 5501-3452784 . Долговато что то задержалась она там. Всегда когда отправляли вашей компанией, не задерживался долго груз на складах…Так что интересно знать, можно ли как то посодействовать быстрейшему отправлению моего груза?? ОЧЕНЬ ДОЛГО!!!!!!

При выборе транспортной компании увидел предложение тк "энергия" -"доставка до Воронежа 1-2 дня".Оформили 17апреля ,до сих пор нет.Вес при сдаче груза был 4,2кг.сейчас пишут 21кг.

Добрый день, Игорь. Готовы по номеру накладной полностью вас проконсультировать. Вес мог поменяться только в одном случае, если было заказано изготовление обрешетки на груз. В таком случае и сроки увеличиваются на 1-3 дня и меняется в накладной вес груза с учетом обрешетки. Прошу заметить что на стоимость перевозки последующее изменение веса НЕ ВЛИЯЕТ!!! Более подробно готовы проконсультировать по рабочим номерам!
