Не первый раз пользуюсь этой службой для отправки посылок и по России и зарубеж, подругам в США и ЕС. Сервис мне очень нравится, дороговастенько, конечно, но оно того стоит. Посылки адресатам доставляются быстро. Курьеры приносят их домой, что очень удобно, так как мои подруги уже в возрасте и не всегда удобно тащиться на почту. Курьер также забирает посылку прямо из дома. Тут же оформляет и выписывает чек. Курьер всегда приезжает один и тот же, Александр Богуцкий. Очень вежливый и обязательный. Прошу руководство,чтобы его отметили. У меня довольно-таки специфичные домашние животные, особенно мой любимчик, африканский зебровый мангуст. Курьеры других служб даже иногда боятся в квартиру зайти. Мумба гостей не любит. Тем более приятно, что курьер этой фирмы очень терпимый и, что удивительно, Мумба к нему относится лояльно. Лишнее подтверждение, что человек хороший.

Отправляла сегодня посылочку одному клиенту, когда уже вышла, сфотографировала чек, он почему-то передумал отправлять EMS(не правильно посмотрел на сайте расчет), попросил вернуть посылку и переправить другим способом. Что очень понравилось, мне сделали возврат. На вопрос, если вдруг опять передумает, вы возьмете у меня посылку, ответ был, конечно возьмём, это наша работа. Спросила должна ли я за упаковку, упаковка входит в стоимость. Удобные часы работы, быстрое обслуживание. Цена доставки до двери 1035 против 300-400 обычной почтой.
