Достоинства: Нет Недостатки: Это не курьерская доставка, потому что в итоге вам придется ехать в их контору и самостоятельно забирать посылку. Комментарий: Курьер в ультимативной форме сообщит, что доставка будет днем. Но при этом все равно не придет и не перезвонит. В лучших традициях «совка» — вас много, а я — один. Отвратительная работа! Не первый раз заказываю из Европы и США и пользуюсь услугами Почты России. Однако сегодня 30.09. мне доставили чужую посылку EE437078106IT под моим номером EE437077383IT отправления. Обнаружила я это, когда уже вскрыла посылку с чужими вещами и по этой причине курьер отказался забирать ее обратно. На самой коробке был указан чужой номер отправления, когда по документам проходил мой.Я поехала в отделение ЕMS на Остаповский проезд, д.15, где вернула чужую посылку. Сотрудники не смогли найти мое отправление, так как по базе и документам я как будто его получила. Сотрудники любезно связались с получателями моей посылки, которые живут в Симферополе, предполагая, что моя посылка у них. Однако те сообщили, что у них посылка для человека из Санкт-Петербурга. Я оставила свои контакты, заявление на поиск посылки. Оказалось, что я не одна, кто пострадал от халатности сотрудников доставки. И это не первый случай!!! Я оплатила посылку, курьерскую доставку, кто мне вернёт теперь мои потраченные деньги? Доверия к этой организации совершенно нет больше. Будьте бдительны при получении отправлений и сверяйте номера. Не рекомендую пользоваться услугами курьерской доставки Почты России. – показать
