Многие онлайн магазины работают с Ems. Так что у меня давний контакт с Почтой Россси😉 и я вижу улучшения! Все сотрудники искреннее стараются помочь, объясняют нюансы получения посылки (например, если её стоимость превысила таможенный лимит), приезжают для вручения всегда в обещанное время👍🏻. Если у вас приходит смс, с текстом «неудачная попытка вручения», то знайте, что это робот рассылает) а сотрудники отделения ещё даже ее в руках не держали. Человеческий фактор присутствует в работе, ну а где его нет?) Так что, 5 звёзд)

Я думал, что в современном обществе, при огромной конкуренции, давно уже нет такого ужасного сервиса. Но "почта России" EMS, опустили меня на землю и гордо подняли своё "хабальное" знамя. Утром позвонил приятный молодой человек, с новостью что посылка пришла и получить её можно в отделении на привокзальной площади, я был удивлен, и уже собрался похвалить "почту России" за сервис. Но не тут то было, моё мнение поменялось мгновенно, как только я приехал на место в 9 утра. Дверь EMS закрыта хотя график работы с 8:00 до 20:00, в самом отделении информацию не предоставили, в соседнем юридическом отделе тоже попросили выйти из кабинета. На рабочий телефон ни кто не отвечает. В итоге минут через 10 подошла, явная уставшая от жизни девушка и начала показывать всем видом, что я её прям очень сильно напрягаю тем что она должна идти на склад и искать посылку. Всё описывать не буду, но на получение я потратил минут 30 ( очереди не было, я был единственный клиент. Перед уходом я ещё раз взглянул на эту девушку и в нутрии у меня появилось желание, крепко обнять её и вместе плакать от безысходности, на столько жалко она выглядела.

Забор перед входом вокзала а так среднего. Для инвалидов не оборудован вход . Персонал очень доброжелателен
