Доставка 2 дня с Екатеринбурга. Курьер «везёт» уже 3 день. 4 раза позвонил с 7:20 до 8:03! В 7:20!!! Вы серьезно??? Не все люди работают с 8 утра! Сделайте сервис удобнее! Пришлите смс о том, что будет доставка. Перезвонила я курьеру в 8:10, сказал, что уже поздно для того, что бы он взял мою посылку. Езжайте сами или ждите завтра. Позвоним и привезём. И вот сегодня 3-ий день. Я ради чего то просыпаюсь в 7 утра, но звонков так и не поступало. Посылки так и нет! Кто то обратит на это безобразие, внимание? За что платят курьерам? Только что позвонил курьер, вежливый! Поздоровался, удобно ли принять заказ. И это в 8:45! Спасибо, что не в 7) вроде как должны сегодня привезти. Видимо есть ещё хорошие курьеры у них.

Доставляли посылку (все ещё доставляют!) Москва-новосибирск, обещали за 2 дня (первый класс), везли неделю, наконец привезли в Новосибирск, звонят отправителю в 8 утра (начнем с того, что это и для Новосибирск слишком рано для звонков, а в Москве вообще 4 часа ночи! У вас мозг есть? Хотя бы зачаток?), говорят - забирайте! Зачем вообще отправителю звонить? Номер получателя указан. Перезваниваю им как получатель, трубку не берут, наконец сами перезванивают, договариваемся, что привезут завтра, говорю - меня дома не будет, другой человек может получить? Отвечают - да, с вашим паспортом. Спрашиваю, когда, отвечают в течение дня. Вы точно там нормальные? Удивительное рядом, у людей СВОИ ДЕЛА ЕСТЬ! У вас настолько там не организована работа, что вы даже примерное время сказать не можете? Хотя бы часа четыре интервал. Ладно, просто ладно, окей, человек ждёт курьера. Я на работе, звонят мне. Четыре раза. Пишут смс, мол, вам посылка. Спасибо, я в курсе, только в чем загвоздка - я работаю на работе, а не треплюсь по телефону целыми днями! Может вы уже ее доставите, нет? Перезваниваю через полчаса - все, звонивший, видимо, уже вымер, ничем другим я не могу объяснить то, что трубку не берут и не перезванивают. Удивляться нечему - почта России уже стало нарицательным. Посылка моя где?
