Отвратительный сервис. Посылка шла из Москвы 5 дней, 4 дня мне посылку не могут привести. Звонят в 8 утра, с ребятишками просто пропускаешь. Вчера сказали, что курьер перезвонит с 8 до 9. Сегодня жду специально - ни одного звонка. Ехать самостоятельно к черту на кулички. Эту компанию, к сожалению, выбрал сам продавец. Видимо самостоятельно придется забирать ехать. В общем, платная доставка, которая не доставляет. Маразм-шарашкина контора.

Ужасно, отвратительно и возмутительно. Почему курьеры доставляют посылки только когда ИМ удобно, а не клиенту, и в такое странное время, с 9 до 13, когда все люди на работе/учебе. Предлагают либо доставить на следующий день , либо ехать к ним и забирать самому , а так смысл в вашей емс доставки тогда? За что деньги заплачены были? Переоформили на выходные, а когда у меня появилось время не неделе , так у них ни один телефон не работает, как связываться-то с вами?

Крепко подумайте, перед тем как иметь дело с данной "ЭКСПРЕСС" доставкой...Да, да, именно в кавычках. 16 марта была заказана экспресс доставка небольшого документа из Иркутска в США. По телефону, и курьером были озвучены сроки максимум в 16 суток (что итак достаточно долго, в сравнении с НОРМАЛЬНЫМИ доставками типа DHL или DPD). Сегодня уже 10 апреля, где находится данное отправление неизвестно. На мой вопрос, где находится конверт и когда получатель его получит был получен гениальный ответ. "Приходите в любое почтовое отделение, пишите лично претензионное письмо с просьбой сообщить Вам текущее местонахождение Вашей посылки. И главное, срок рассмотрения и получения ответа на Ваш запрос ДВА месяца.Т.е я должен ждать ДВА месяца чтобы узнать, где находится отправленная мною и уже оплаченная корреспонденция???Абсурд... Так что ЭКСПРЕСС почтой данную службу назвать можно с ОЧЕНЬ большой натяжкой. Озвученные сроки не соблюдают, где находится отправление никто не знает. Главное чтобы клиент проплатил, а дальше начинается динамо. Как не проводи ребрендинг Почты России, она Почтой России и останется, с наплевательским отношением к клиенту.
