Из за ошибки сотрудника, который на 2 недели раньше вернул мою посылку обратно, мою претензию будут рассматривать 2 месяца! Ужас! И моя посылка конечно уже в Китае, и продавцы просят меня оплатить почтовые расходы чтобы отправить обратно, а наша почта возвращает деньги только через 3 месяца! Очень быстро работают!!!

Посылка с сортировки(московский вокзал) едет уже третий день, позвонил решил узнать может уже приехала, потом пишут задним числом что на почте лежит 3й день, сказали НИЧАГО нет, хотя у меня есть извещение на вторую посылку, даже трек номер не спросили бросили трубу, это отделение полный отстой! С какой помойки этих чучундр набрали?

Сотрудники в этом отделении работают как хотят, на обед уходят за 5 минут до обеда, с обеда этих дармоедов не дождешься, обед длится в общей сумме более 1 часа

Я конечно глубоко извиняюсь но все же задам вопрос. Вам заплатили за такой комментарий или как. Я раньше получал на янках , пока не затеяли ремонт. Теперь получаю на мостотряде. На отслеживание по номеру приходится звонить почти каждый день. Берут трубку, отвечают вежливо, иногда сами предлагают варианты. Поэтому откровенно заявляю. Перестаньте клеветать на сотрудников данного отделения. И еще зайдите и извинитесь перед всем коллективом.
